DISSERTATION

Dissertation was produced early in the final year of university. The aim was to produce an independent research study on a specialist subject within the fashion industry. Critical thinking and evaluation was needed in order to generate original ideas and contributions to the specific part of the industry.

The title of this dissertation was "How Can Store Experience Encourage Customer Loyalty to Independent Fashion Retailers?" and therefore ideas about independent retailers and customer loyalty were researched and evaluated.

This module allowed me to critique, discuss and analyse relevent information and produce this within a written document but with a creative layout.
